Welcome!

"I always worried someone would notice me, and then when no one did, I felt lonely"
-Curtis Sittenfield

Blogging is great! Anonymous blogging, even better! But when people you know personally stumble upon your blog and actually recognise you, the anonymity hardly seems to be working. Unfortunately, my previous stint with the blogosphere seemed to have digressed from the intention it was started with-letting my thoughts free without being identified as 'me'. My fault entirely for divulging a little too much information about myself on there. The realisation, as it dawned upon me, distanced me from my blog, and the result? Well, this! So, hello everyone! And welcome to the reincarnated version of me. You're at 'Serendipitous Reverie' and I am 'Miss S' (finally using my actual first initial).

Hope to see you all around!

  1. And a very hearty welcome back to you!

Your blog is yours, and so it very difficult to keep yourself out of it. Every piece you write, every story you tell, every incident you share will be a reflection of you. It may be your view on something, or how you think somebody else thinks, or maybe just how you feel. But it's you, hidden away behind the lines, the commas and apostrophes. It's you.

It is better to do that which you are best at, rather than copying others. For the Almighty gave us all hidden talents to make our way through this world.

(My comments always end up digressing, from the topic at hand, for which I am sorry!)

  3. Welcome back!
Just wanted to make a teeny point: your personality cannot possibly be removed from your writing, so make you blog part of your identity and take known stalkers as compliments!
That aside, you mentioned me by name on a comment on my blog, so just taste a tiny bit of your own medicine there. ;)
May the blog-wind be ever behind your back, and may your writing endavours be ever-worthwhile :)
